This fresh pineapple mousse cake is a no-bake Bavarois mix thickened with eggs and infused with a home-made pineapple mix. The fruits used for our pineapple mousse cake are freshly chopped and cooked and does not use any colour or preservative.
The pineapple mousse cake is light, cheesy, and full of fresh pineapple bits. This cold fresh pineapple mousse cake is a wonderfully light after-dinner dessert for the weekend.
