DELIVERY POLICY
At Liliyum, we strive to provide a seamless delivery experience. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our delivery terms below.
Delivery Attempts & Recipient Availability
Single Attempt Policy: To maintain the freshness and quality of our products, we make only one delivery attempt. We strongly recommend confirming the recipient's availability before selecting your delivery date and time.
Unsuccessful Deliveries: If a delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the premises are locked, or the provided address is incorrect, the order will be marked as "Successful & Complete." In these instances, no second attempt will be made, and no refund will be issued.
Refusal of Delivery: If the recipient refuses to accept the order for any personal reason, the order will be considered delivered. No changes to the order or the delivery address will be permitted at that stage.
Access to Restricted Premises
For deliveries to locations with restricted access—such as hospitals, government buildings, gated societies, resorts, or hotels—our executive must be granted entry to reach the recipient. If entry is denied and the recipient cannot be reached via phone, the order will be considered successfully executed.
Rescheduling & Modifications
Advance Notice: If you need to reschedule your delivery, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Last-Minute Changes: We are unable to accommodate address changes or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the delivery time.
Unforeseeable Circumstances (Force Majeure)
In the event of extreme weather, strikes, riots or other unavoidable local restrictions that make delivery impossible, Liliyum reserves the right to cancel or delay the order. In such cases, a Credit Voucher for the paid amount will be issued, depending on the specific nature of the cancellation.
Quality Concerns & Feedback
We take great pride in our products. If you feel your order does not meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Service team within 2 hours of receipt. Our team will review the concern and provide an appropriate resolution.
