CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At Liliyum, our products are handcrafted specifically for you. Because the preparation process begins well in advance, we adhere to the following cancellation guidelines

1. General Policy
Once an order is confirmed, it is generally considered final. We encourage you to double-check your order details and delivery timing before completing your purchase.

2. Cancellation Windows
Early Cancellations (More than 48 hours notice): If you request a cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date, you will receive a full refund in the form of a Store Voucher. This voucher can be used for any future purchase on our website.

Late Cancellations (Less than 48 hours notice): Cancellations made within 48 hours of the delivery date are not eligible for a refund or store credit. At this stage, your order is already in production and ingredients have been dedicated to your handcrafted item.

3. Refunds & Store Credit
Please note: Liliyum does not offer monetary (cash/bank) refunds. All approved cancellations are issued exclusively as Store Credit/Vouchers. This allows us to maintain the quality and sustainability of our boutique kitchen.

4. Non-Delivery Due to External Factors
If a delivery cannot be completed due to factors outside of Liliyum’s control, the order will be deemed "Successfully Delivered." No refund or credit will be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the sender.
  • Lack of authorization to enter the premises.
  • Recipient unavailability or refusal to accept the order.

In these cases, the customer remains responsible for the full payment of the order.
