Allergen Declaration:


The product you have ordered with us have been made as per our standardised recipe, and your special instructions (if any) regarding the ingredients, flavour, and décor. However, all Liliyum products are made in a facility that handles potential food allergens like eggs, tree-nuts / other nut-based products, milk/dairy products, soya, gluten, approved food additives, permitted colours and improvers. These are used widely in bakery and confectionery operations worldwide and are generally safe for consumption.

Please inform us in advance in case you are allergic to any specific food product and we will take all precautions to avoid any presence of that ingredient at the production end. But owing to the production methods used, shared equipment, work environment or tools etc, we cannot guarantee possible instances of unintentional transfer of ingredients and products in trace and miniscule amounts in the final product. If you let us know about any possible allergens, we would be happy and willing to discuss and alter the recipe to address the problem.

 

Standard Guidelines and Storage Instructions: 


CAKES
Cakes with buttercream and ganache toppings can be kept in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Fresh cream and fresh fruit cakes can be kept for up to a day. If your cake has cream cheese frosting, you may keep it refrigerated for 1-2 days at most. Allow to come up to room temperature before serving. Fresh bakes tastes the best, so we recommend eating your cakes within 24 hours of it being made.

CHEESECAKE / COLD DESSERTS
Freshly prepared cheesecakes and mousse cakes can be kept for about 2-3 days in the refrigerator; refrigerate covered loosely with an aluminium foil or plastic wrap. Cheesecake should be discarded if left out for more than 3 hours at room temperature.

CUPCAKES
To maximize the shelf life of cupcakes, place cupcakes in a covered airtight container or cover with foil or plastic wrap to prevent drying out. Properly stored, freshly baked cupcakes will last for about 1 to 2 days at normal room temperature. Refrigerate immediately any cupcakes that contain frosting or filling made with dairy products or eggs, such as buttercream, whipped cream or custard frostings or fillings. Freshly baked cupcakes will keep well for about 2-3 days in the refrigerator when properly stored.

COOKIES
Our cookies can be stored in moisture-free, air-tight containers for 2-3 weeks in normal room temperature. Refrigerate immediately any cookies that contain frosting or filling made with dairy products or eggs, such as buttercream, whipped cream, cream cheese or custard frostings or fillings; these cookies will last about 5 to 7 days in the fridge – if kept in airtight containers.

TARTS
Our fruit tarts are freshly baked upon receiving your order. In case you need to store, refrigerate within two hours of receiving; cover tarts with foil or plastic wrap. These can be kept for 24 hours refrigerated. Chocolate or Lemon curd tarts can be kept for 2-3 days in a refrigerator.

CHOCOLATES
Our gourmet and artisan chocolates are handmade and should be kept covered in a cool, dry area for them to be in the best condition for up to a week. It can be kept refrigerated for 2-3 weeks. The creaminess and smoothness - however - will be at its best when it is eaten at around room temperature.

BROWNIES / BLONDIES
Properly stored, freshly baked brownies / blondies will last for about 3 to 4 days at normal room temperature. Refrigerate immediately any brownies / blondies that contain frosting or filling made with dairy products or eggs, such as buttercream, whipped cream or custard frostings or fillings; they will last for about 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator.

JAR CAKES
Refrigerate immediately any jar-cakes that contain frosting or filling made with dairy products or eggs, such as buttercream, whipped cream or custard frostings or fillings. These cakes will keep well for about 2-3 days in the refrigerator when properly stored. When refrigerating, cover with the lid, foil or plastic wrap to prevent them from drying out.

TEA CAKES
To maximize the shelf life of dry cakes, place them in a covered airtight container or cover with foil or plastic wrap to prevent drying out. Properly stored, freshly baked tea cakes will last for about 2 days at normal room temperature. Refrigerated they can be kept for 2-3 days
